Our Founder, MaChelsea Thomas, was able to visit Thurgood Marshall High School to serve as the Female Empowerment Speaker and host our very first Bee One Seminar for over 100 female seniors. The presentation included topics regarding confidence enhancement, empowerment, classroom/job etiquette, post graduation career plans, positive affirmations, fasfa/scholarships, school choices, and transition.



One of Bee One Foundation's primary initiatives is Scholarship. Bee One Foundation was proud to issue our first scholarship to Toriah Taylor, a college student at Texas A&M University. Ms.Taylor is very involved in the community and does extremely well in the classroom. She makes us very proud. Congratulations Ms. Taylor, it's a pleasure to assist you with your educational endeavors.

Bee One Foundation takes pride in giving back to our community and helping young girls look and feel beautiful. We had the privilege of sponsoring two Beauty Bees: Jada Johnson and Maddy Sims. We provided these two deserving ladies with free makeup applications, free hair styles/extensions, free jewelry, prom dresses, gift bags with prom goodies and Bee One t-shirts.

Annual Giveaway Day in Dallas, TX
Bee One Foundation was invited to participate in Erial's College Mission Inc. Annual Giveaway Day.
Our Founder, MaChelsea Thomas, served as the Guest Speaker for this event. Our Founder discussed key things to note when entering undergraduate and post-graduate studies. Our Founder also discussed pledging to become a sorority member, time management, persistence, college etiquette as a whole, the determination needed to achieve your desired goals, and the ultimate keys to success.



The goal of this event was to help the male and female cadets become more prepared for actual interviews and employment opportunities after they graduate. The Mock Interview Fair helped the cadets build their confidence, gain valuable insight, and learn how to receive constructive criticism.

Our Founder, MaChelsea Thomas, was privileged to serve as the Keynote Speaker at the 20th Century District Scholarship Banquet in Egypt, Texas. The title of the informative speech was "The Importance of Education in the 21st Century."
Our Founder believes that societal change, increase in earning potential, extended independence, expanded knowledge of cultural competencies, elimination of underrepresentation, and access to a better quality of life are amongst the few vital consequences that arises as a result of acquiring an education and are also the primary reasons for why education is so important.
